Fabian’s Italian Bistro is worth checking out any day, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood on Tuesday or Wednesday, you’re in for a treat. We dined here for the first time on a Friday and were pleased with the overall experience. Our family of 4 each ordered a cup of green tomato soup and we loved it. The order of focaccia bread and the dipping oil were also delicious. Everyone was ecstatic about their main courses too. We tried the penne with vodka sauce/sausage, chicken piccata, pork loin special, and linguini scampi and we all cleaned our plates. I could give one more star if the booth we sat in was a little roomier and if the portion sizes were slightly larger, but all together a great dining experience. Its proximity to a Handel’s is a bonus!

We had a reservation but were seated next to the bussing station. My salmon was not properly cooked and was tasteless. The 'caesar salad' born no resemblance to a caesar salad. We have been dining at Fabian's since they opened, but we will not be back.

The food was good and the servers were very friendly. I had the Pots of Crème dessert which was absolutely delicious.

Today's meal was not up to par with previous meals at Fabian's. Today's menu was lackluster, and the food prep was equal to any "pancake house". Not much else to say.
