   Came here for a birthday celebration and ordered the cold seafood tower and waited for an hour till we got our food. They brought one of our parties dinner but the tower didn’t arrive till 20 minutes later and by that time the first dinner was cold. The manager remade the dinner that arrived earlier and took the seafood tower off our bill. Mistakes happen and I felt bad for our waitress Rachel who was amazing and honestly embarrassed when our food took too long. Great place, good food, nice ambiance. Even with the food mix up - I would find there again and give them another chance.

   Everything went smoothly at first—the valet and hostess were both excellent. However, the experience took a turn once our server introduced herself. Unfortunately, she was unfriendly throughout the evening, rushed us to place our orders, and brought the check before we even had a chance to consider dessert. Her demeanor made us feel unwelcome and as though we were being looked down upon. A particularly uncomfortable moment occurred while I was blowing out my birthday candle with my family—she stood over me with the credit card machine, waiting for payment and a tip before we had even finished the celebration. It felt intrusive and inappropriate. Aside from this, the ambiance was lovely and the rest of the staff were courteous and professional. It’s disappointing that one interaction significantly impacted what should have been a special evening.

   Very disappointed. Restaurant had a strange entrance, dirty elevator, restaurant smelled terrible, service was very slow but okay, food was average, price was excessive. Would definitely not recommend.

   The salmon and the chop pork were just spectacular, the passion fruit cream brûlée fantastic. Nade was very professional and courteous. Class A service.

   Have been wanting to try this place for a longer time than I should have waited. Finally made plans and reservations and specifically requested outdoor dining near any of the Fire places. I called more than 2 hrs before arrival time and asked if we could move our reservation by 30 min later since we had a 2 hour drive to the restaurant. Wanted to leave traffic time and refueling time. They said sure no problem. And we confirmed the reservation info - again I was told no problem. Arrived 10 min early and was told there was a 40+ min wait time for outside seating. They sat us inside and the tables that were empty outside remained empty. The only reason we went there was for outdoor seating. Complete bummer! The food was average and not worth the price or returning for. There are so many other places to go and eat for the same price or less. And better service. We sat there for an extended period of time before we had any service and very delayed service in between. Nice outside ambience ~ only bragging right. I did reply there survey they sent out and I was just as honest and they wrote back a Oh Well better luck next time response. No Thank you, do better.

All reservations are for inside and full dinner service only. Outside seating and seating requests are never guaranteed.    Absolutely excellent experience! Beautiful view over downtown Charlotte with great photo opportunities. Incredibly delicious food with excellent presentation. Each plate looked absolutely as delicious as it really was. 100% deserving of a fully five star review and highly recommended to anyone looking for a romantic evening.

    We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation, but they asked us to wait some minutes, that they would send us a text message when the table was ready. We needed to wait almost 20 minutes. We saw other people also complaining about waiting to long. The food was good, but less options than expected.
