   Service was horrible.. waitress was never around nor checked back with us in a timely manner.. I had to go to two different servers to try to get my wife a refill on a drink and still wasn't able to get a refill until the end of our meal.. catfish was overcooked and tasted very bad but since the server never checked back with us I had to wait until the end of the meal to be able to send it back.. because of the poor food quality as well as service I nor my family will not go back.

   Food was great and love the price. The service could have been better but since the person was new its understandable but the person was very apologetic and sweet. But seeing that it was very busy its not her fault.

   I had been there on Friday but wasn't able to eat, so it was my desire go back to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the combo Feast for 2. My husband said the ribs were a little tough, but I enjoyed everything. Even took home the leftovers. Our waitress was very accommodating & wished my happy birthday. She apologize to my husband statement about the ribs, then she spoke to the manager, they offered a different meat & gave us a discount.

   Horrible. Meat was tough corn was overcooked. Best part was the lemonade. Ordered the sausage and got cheddar sausage. Me and my son can't eat dairy. The lady didn't apply my rewards to my meal. Dinner was for my dad's 75th birthday. No one said anything.

   We were a large party and there were a lot of large parties and the food came out fast and hot and delicious! Jewlz was an awesome server!

    I made a reservation for a large party for 2pm. When I came in and checked in for my reservation I was told they would get us seated. Patiently waited while 5 or 6 other parties came in and were sat down. After waiting patiently (30 minutes)and nothing being said to us I went back up and asked what was was causing such a delay in us seated, the host then says another large party also made a reservation for the same time through their system and normally it doesn't allow that(wasn't my problem) and they were there first. We had been waiting since 2pm. Host never apologized for the delay in getting us seated or updated us during the process of waiting.
