Named after Fanny Brice—the legendary movie, vaudeville, theater, and radio star portrayed by Barbra Streisand in her Oscar®-winning role in Funny Girl (1968)—the striking two-story, 10,000-square-foot space, conceptualized by the late architect Osvaldo Maiozzi, features a chef-designed open kitchen, elegant bar, and captain-based service style that nods to a bygone era, and offers diners cuisine by Chef Jun Bum Oh, with the support of Chef Eric Klein, SVP Culinary for Wolfgang Puck Catering. The restaurant is supported by Wendy Stark Morrissey, Brice’s granddaughter.

Fanny's is our go to place whenever we visit the Academy Awards Museum. I've been there 3 times and each time the food was delicious and presented beautifully, and the service was top notch. Love this place!

The overall dining experience was wonderful as the food was excellent!!! The ambience was nice and spaced out well. Our waiter was polite and attentive initially, but then disappeared when his other tables filled up. Unfortunately, our appetizer came out after the salad and pasta had come out first. We had to ask another server to check on this. Once it came, it was excellent. I would definitely go back for the food even though it was a bit pricey, but I guess we are in that stage now with cost increases all around,

Excellent food and service for a birthday celebration! The music was a little loud, but they changed the type of music once dinner hours began which helped. Terrific desserts too, as expected! Only change I'd make is to stay open later! Overall, great dinner.

We had their beautiful lobster cob salads. There were large pieces of lobster on top, avocado, egg and bacon, with their own herb dressing. It was very filling

Great restaurant after our tour of the museum. Food was great and the chef’s specialties were amazing. Dessert were perfect size and a great way to end our dinner

This was our second time here. We highly recommend this restaurant. The service is great (thank you, Ryan!), the food is excellent (chicken parm, for example) and the atmosphere is lovely. Great place to go after visiting LACMA, the Petersen Museum or the Academy Museum.
