   Went for brunch and ordered the steak and chicken bowls. Our steak came out blue rare, when we asked for med rare. When we stated this to the server we received an eye roll and said she would talk to the kitchen. We did not get offered any new cook or meal. Eggs were also supposed to be medium and were both hard. Then received the bill with only a small $6 off one meal when we didn’t eat any of the bowl. Very disappointed with the service and the meals. Will never be back.

   Very impressed and excellent quality for the price. We really enjoyed the family style meals. The risotto was absolutely out of this world. One of the best dishes ive ever had. Will be back next time!!

   Loved the family style dinner, carrots were soo soo good! Brussels were a little mushy and rotisserie chicken was moist yet bland. Chicken and dumplings were outstanding as was the Mac and cheese!

   The food was so good! Portions are meant for sharing so our group ordered three mains and 4 sides to share with the table of six. It was quite a bit of food, enough for left overs even. Croquettes and carrots were a stand out for us. Also the Tea Thyme mocktail was amazing. Downside for us that really brought down the whole experience was our server. They seemed more concerned with cleaning for closing than checking on us throughout the night. We didnt get any check ins, only when food and drinks were brought out. When we were getting ready to leave they were crowding us to clean our table while we were still getting our coats and bags. I understand closing take work, but the priority was definitely closing duties and not our table, and we left before closing at 10 pm. Hopefully it's something that can be addressed by management as the food was one of the best we've had in banff.
