Chef Christian is truly a culinary artist with a deep passion for all things farm to table, and promoting Idaho products and businesses. Each unique dish tastes so fresh with the perfect balance of flavors. Eating at his restaurant is not dining out: it’s an experience.

We had an incredible experience dining here during their flower moon dinner series. The dishes were spectacular and unique; each highlighting different ingredients from local farms. The single table seating is intimate and we had a great time meeting the other diners that night! Very much worth the drive to Mountain home!
