   We were here 5 nights before this visit and already posted a review of this amazing restaurant. Suffice it to say it was even better the second time! 😊 Don’t miss it. The 8-course tasting menu is one of the most delicious and imaginative you’ll probably ever come across. Overall, this is the best restaurant we’ve ever found in Mexico and we’ve come here between 30 and 40 times over the years.

   This was an incredible dining experience. From the minute you walk in and is greeted by Pierre one of the owners with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. We did the 8 course tasting which by the way you can just order off the menu too. We looked at the menu and it appeared we’d like everything and that’s why we selected trying the chef’s selection tasting experience. We started with focaccia bread with three dips,we ate beef empanadas , then a mushroom mousse,a salad of cherry tomatoes, a shrimp dish with black homemade linguini in a shrimp bisque with a shrimp, a delicious beef dish,and dessert did not disappoint. A meal not to be missed

   We did the 8 course serving menu. Every dish was delectable and filling. We took friends for their first time and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We love sharing Farol 16 with friends!

   Marcel and Pierre are a great tag team for an amazing experience. Very beautiful inside decor. We arrived early and they accompanied us at the “Prosecco bar” while we took in the ambience. The tasting menu is incredible everything is delicious. Wine pairs well and you can leave with it. Pierre knows his wine. Marcel serves every course. Who does that. Every single course is hard to describe with words. The mushroom cappuccino was amazing the salad absolutely tasty. The pasta they just didn’t give you enough the steak has the most amazing flavor. The desserts were a perfect cap. The price is extremely affordable for such a fine meal. Lamplight 16.

    This was THE best restaurant I think we’ve ever found in 30+ trips to Mexico. We’ve been to some great places, but this restaurant is just divine. We sampled dishes from France, Spain, Argentina, Mexico, Peru and the Middle East, all cooked with care, attention and heavenly flavours. At the end, our host brought us a flat of water because it was late, we’d just arrived in Cabo and had lost our directions home, and he wouldn’t let us pay for it. Muy amable! Come running to this restaurant when in Cabo. Crawl if you have to!! The tasting menu is ‘fabuloso”❣️ Sheri and Jeremy, Victoria, BC, Canada
