Fat Olives is the perfect destination for the pizza gourmand. The culinary team prides itself on using tomatoes imported from San Marzano for authentic results. It was our first time in Flagstaff, and we were so glad we ate at Fat Olive’s. The pizza was amazing - excellent crust with the right mix of fresh toppings. We ordered four different pies and all of them were amazing. The Marmalade was fantastic if you like spicy.

Amazing pizza and atmosphere. The kids loved playing with the dough. It’s a bit chaotic to get in but that’s a sign of good business. Highly recommend!
