    The person at the desk when arriving at the restaurant was rude. Loeft my phone after the dining experience and the level of "care factor" was poor. Front reception desk at the hotel was no better. Actually called the hotel twice that evening to book and the phone went unanswered so had to use online booking service which was part of the argument when we arrived as he said we booked incorrectly. When we rang the front reception desk originally to try and see if the "Fondue Festive Experience" on the Terrace was on this weekend we were told NO. The whole experience was ruined by the terrible staff and we spent over $200 in the Terrace restaurant and over $100 in the Terrace Lounge for a few pre dinner drinks. Will be telling all our friends of the terrible experience and the low quality of customer service at this hotel. Had to return twice after the dinner before getting my phone back. Thanks for making me do two return trips in the cold wet weather.

    Terrace was warm even in late fall, but fondue flame kept extinguishing. Great seafood charcuterie.

    Really enjoyed the winter terrace experience. So fun to have cheese fondue, too bad we were too full to order the chocolate one. Will be going back for sure.

    The food was excellent - congratulations to an innovative chef! Sadly we felt the ambience was more like a roadside diner - and didn't match the excellent standard of food.

    Honestly we have always loved this place but the prices have gotten a bit crazy. The food was cold and when I order a $55 steak I don’t think it should be cut ahead of serving which caused it to be dry and cold. The sablefish portion has decreased by at least 25% since last time we had it. How can wine by the glass be more expensive but specialized cocktails remain affordable. That doesn’t make sense from a cost and staffing effort perspective. Delicious and great ambiance but not sure it’s worth the costs.
