We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

It was the best Italian food my wife and I ever had! Neria was fantastic and very attentive. Insalata Sorbetto was the best salad ever Lasagna and papadelle bolognese with a bottle of wine made a wonderful dinner.

First class experience from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Food was delicious and wine selection top notch. This restaurant is a family favourite in the Vail Valley.

We had a great dinner for two on Saturday night. Our server Josh was awesome. Highly recommend for a cozy and delicious meal in Avon!

Had a great experience with the staff and food. Farm to table in the high altitudes isn’t the easiest but they pulled it off deliciously. The burrata was a great starter. We got the veal chop and lobster ravioli for mains paired with an excellent bottle of Italian wine the staff helped us pair with our mains. The tiramisu for dessert was one of the best I’ve ever had. 9/10 would go again.

Every experience here is a very special occasion based on the 100/10 quality of food, service, and ambiance - the staff from host to server to owner makes it feel like you’re coming home to family & friends every time we’re in Avon! Josh is one of the best servers we’ve ever had anywhere - he is so knowledgeable, personable, and we left feeling like fast friends. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant & Josh for any occasion big or small!
