We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally

Delicious food and breadth of great Italian offerings on the menu. Highly recommend and one of the best Italian in the area. Rabbit pasta and new Osso Buco were fantastic. Wonderful wine list

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Fattoria! The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch, as always. We enjoyed the Rigatoni, Bolognese, and Risotto Mare, each dish with flavor and cooked to perfection. Steve, the owner, was as friendly and welcoming as always, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal and wonderful hospitality!

Second time here and it was amazing! The owner is awesome and took the time to chat with us and our kids. Food is phenomenal, for and app the polenta is a must! We will be back

Our dinner at Fattoria was amazing! Great service and delicious food! We got great recommendations on what to get for all courses. Mussels are 10/10, definitely recommend. Great night at Fattoria!

Our meal was excellent; we were able to sit at a high table near the bar to watch the Ohio State-Texas bowl game; and the host was incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Loved it! We had the polenta that was amazing Great salad, branzino and home made pasta. Also Aperol Spritz but they have a great selection of wines too Going bak for sure

It wouldn't be fair to fault the chef at this restaurant as the food is very good. However, management's policies are another issue. I like to know what I am paying for food and drink. We asked kitchen to split two entrees (NOT one) as we wanted to share each others. We were charged somewhere around 10 bucks extra for each "split." I understand the policy if two people share ONE entree as they are taking up space. But, this felt like a rip off., especially considering we ordered a bottle of wine and starter. And, then, there was the kitchen charge of over $7 and request for tip. Restaurants better serve the customers to be upfront about cost of a dish, rather than sneaking in additional fees. I won't be in a hurry to return,.
