   Orfered 6 oz center cut steak and stuffed shrimp. The steak had a good taste but was very tough. Shrimp was just okay. Also had chips and salsa for an appetizer. Chips were stale. Service was excellent.

   Easter Sunday and the restaurant was very busy. But having my salad served with the main dish was not what I had in mind! Service was fast and waitress came back to check on us often. Our drinks were kept full. We a,ways love going to FD’s.

   We had a reservation and they sat us immediately but then forgot about us. It was probably 20 minutes before anyone came by, and it took an hour before they took our order. It is FD’s loss because the server wasn’t around enough for us to order more food and drinks. Food was ok, but the prices were reasonable and they had an awesome playlist.

   Where do I start?? Researched a steak place as we were traveling thru and this was rated highly. We ordered a bottle of wine with dinner and were that that they were out. So we moved to our second option and were informed that this one was also not available. Asked for a discount on a third option as it was quite a bit more expensive and were denied!! For a steak place boasting about dry aged beef it was awful!! Ordered center cut filets medium rare and they came out about 1” thick and were tough and well done. Onion rings tasted like fish. Needless to say we sent it back and were not offered a new steak or other option. What a joke. Highly advise a different steak place.

   We have enjoyed dining here in the past, but after tonight’s experience we will probably think twice before returning. We weren’t in a rush by any means, but our waitress was extremely inattentive. We were there for over 2 hours because everything was extremely slow and the waitress had long gaps between visiting our table.

    The food is always excellent, and the value is exceptional. The service was outstanding as well. The noise level was low enough to have a conversation, even with a party of 12 celebrating a birthday next to us. FD's is one of our favorite places.
