The food was GREAT as always. Service was good but the guy serving us was new so I'm cutting him slack plus the restaurant was super busy. Personally I think their Pizza is the best in the Valley. I've tried Stefano's, Formachios, Colettis, Dodicis, Mikey's Pizza and Shots, Il Forno a Legna. I feel it tops all those places.

I think I understand the type of ambience the restaurant is meant to offer, however due to how small the building is as well as the parking lot it feels a bit crowded. The parking lot is only meant for about 10 cars total but clearly the restaurant seats more than 10 people so that’s an issue. I’m imagining that due to the compact space, this is why the restaurant highly prefers that people book reservations. The thing about the reservations is that if you are a couple or party of only 2, you are expected to be there for only an hour from the time your reservation starts. They don’t tell you this in person, it’s in the fine print when you make a reservation. I had assumed it is a bit lax since it’s still a fairly new establishment so we didn’t necessarily feel rushed at first but when larger groups of people started to walk in, there was no available seating for them and the attending staff seemed to want us to wrap things up. At one point the host asked how we were doing as we were leaving and said that a party was waiting outside for 45 min already for a reservation. There was another party of 2 people that had been there longer than us so I’m not sure why they were focused on our table. There is no extra space outside in the patio so it’s not like we could hang out in the outdoor area anyways. The food was good and reasonably priced but the pizza crust was a bit tough. Flavor overall is great though. The menu items and prices were fair and I can see myself eating from there often but I do believe it’s easier and more convenient to just place orders to-go to avoid the limited parking and seating. I’m not sure if later on the large crowds will die down, but I do believe a much more ample location is in order if the popularity of the restaurant remains strong. I definitely recommend trying out the specialty pizzas but if you’re in a rush make it to-go.

When they 1st sit you they serve bread and oil along with water. Makes you feel seen right away along with the host at the door. The oil for the bread would be perfect if it was seasoned with garlic and crushed pepper and/or herbs. The bread itself was so airy and aromatic we loved the feel and taste of it. The pizza was fresh, crispy, flavorful, and hot. The bolognese pasta was AMAZING you could tell it was made from scratch. The sauce was however a bit too acidic. The charcuterie board presentation was beautiful and everything went so well together. The staff was all so attentive and made great suggestions. We loved the atmosphere and how it wasn't loud. We loved that you could see your food being prepared and everything coming out fast and fresh. You can tell the people here take pride in their job.

Me and my wife had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. We had a reservation, yet upon arrival, the restaurant was in chaos. They were out of nearly half the menu, which was frustrating, especially since we had planned our meal in advance. The servers were working hard and doing their best under the circumstances, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the owners or management stood by watching as customers grew increasingly frustrated with long waits for food and drinks. It was disheartening to see a lack of leadership in such a stressful situation. I understand that restaurants can have off nights, but when customers make reservations, there’s an expectation that basic service and menu availability will be upheld.

First of all, this isn't the type of place that should have reservations as an option. This is casual dining. The pastas are an experiment in fine dining and it's a failure. The reservations are more like call ahead seating for Texas Roadhouse. In order to get us out of the way they asked us to sit at our table prior to it being cleaned or set up with glassware, plates, etc. There was a delay on plates for the table. We were told there wasn't enough plates for everyone. When asking for water we received Wet glasses. So again this is not a fine dining/reservations as an option, type of restaurant. Service was the major issue. When the restaurant isn't super busy there shouldn't be confusion about who will or will not be our server. Management has failed to train servers properly. It honestly all felt like a bad SNL skit. The pizza was good and well made but not good enough to come back. I wish this restaurant well but I think there are a lot of things that need improving. The bolognese sauce was mostly a thin watery tomato sauce and tasted like chef boyardee. The Alfredo dish reminded the table of box pasta, where the sauce comes in a plastic pouch. We laughed the entire meal because we could not believe the experience we were having. My advice, train your servers, take pasta making classes, and make fresh sauces IF this fine Italian restaurant is your ultimate goal. Otherwise, if you want a more casual dining experience then improve salads and only offer pizza. You can add in other bar food types of appetizers but Get rid of reservations. Best of luck. It's hard opening a new restaurant but it's even harder if the concept isn't clearly defined prior.

Aside from the spacing of our table ( We were extremely close to the tables next to us) the food was amazing! The sauce to cheese rato was PERFECT! We will definitely be back and hope to sit at the Chefs bar next time.

Service had a slow start with a long wait to get menus and drinks, but the food made up for it. Pasta was delicious and the pizza is outstanding. Prices are very reasonable. Will be back for sure
