Fern is more than just a restaurant, it is a farm to table standard in a eclectic setting.

Fern highlights american akaushi wagyu beef and Berkshire pork from our privately owned and operated start to finish ranch located in Okeechobee, FL. Join us for a true ranch-to-table experience where we can offer our customers humanely raise beef that have been responsibly cared for by our ranch team. All of our steaks are cooked in a wood fire oven reaching 900 degrees for the perfect sear and flavor.

Our open kitchen showcases our dedicated culinary team as our forever changing menu is updated regularly with responsibly farmed ingredients from small family operations.

Guests can dine indoors within the modern art gallery, or outdoors in the expansive open-air ‘mural garden’ surrounded by oversized murals drawn by local artists and twinkle lights. Weekends feature live entertainment.

Upscale food sourced locally. Try the meats, the wagyu short rib and chicken and vegetable fried rice dishes are delicious along with the freshest salads. Love the outdoor casual atmosphere. Wine list is really nice and cocktails are fun!

The Wagyu linguine is the best pasta ever. Better than Becco NYC. And, the beef tips were so amazing. They melt on your mouth.

Very disappointed with my first visit to Fern. After reading the many glowing reviews for food and service my expectations were high. While the food was truly amazing, the service was bad enough that we left with a sour taste in our mouth. Our server was clearly overwhelmed with the large table that was in his area that he could not handle our table of 2. We were without wine or water for nearly half of our meal.. at a wine centered restaurant hard to believe. When we asked the hostess if she could get us some water she said yes, rolled her eyes, and did nothing. Extremely disappointed, cannot recommend.

Everything we ordered was incredible. The flounder was delicious and the Raviolo was amazing. The only thing we weren’t able to experience is the happy hour, not sure why we didn’t receive the happy hour menu. Overall 10/10!

We celebrated my sister's birthday with a group of nine, which included my 8-year-old picky eater and my father, who is selectively hard of hearing. I requested a quiet outdoor seating area for my dad, and they delivered perfectly! The atmosphere was fantastic, making for a wonderful evening. The service was excellent when we arrived, with attentive staff who managed our tough crowd well. However, we did experience a significant wait for our main courses, as we had to ask to be served after about two hours. Thankfully, drinks kept coming, and despite my picky eater not finding anything suitable on the menu, we truly enjoyed our time together as a family. Fern did a fantastic job making sure we had a memorable night, and we really appreciated their efforts. Overall, it was a lovely celebration, and we’ll definitely be back!
