   Lovely big restaurant. Staff were very good and friendly. The ambiance could be better. Maybe table cloths and flowers. Food was lovely and presented well. Price is on par with other restaurants. So not cheap.

   Sure! Here’s a more polished and impactful version of your review: My experience here today was beyond disappointing. My wife and I came for a nice Valentine’s Day meal, expecting good food and a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. First, our order was wrong—not once, but twice. We ordered garlic flatbread and were instead served garlic mushrooms both times. When our food finally arrived, the chips were frozen, and the portion of lasagna was shockingly small for the price. It was clear the restaurant was severely understaffed, as it was nearly impossible to get a waitress’s attention. I had to go up to the front desk just to request properly cooked chips. The staff, while polite, looked overwhelmed and anxious, which only added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. For the price we paid, we expected a well-prepared meal and a pleasant dining experience, but instead, we got poor service, underwhelming food, and a stressful environment. Honestly, we would have had a better meal at a takeaway. I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

   Went on a Tuesday night with 5 family members, wasn't overly busy as expected, however full menu was available and all early bird prices were available for the night. We ordered a variety of starters and mains and all food was excellent, tasty and well presented. Waitresses were very efficient and friendly. All in all we had a really good meal and experience.

   My first visit, meeting staff at reception was friendly Waitress was nice. I was shocked to hear that salad would be an extra charge if I wanted it instead of mushy peas. ? Not the waitress fault, she is just saying what's she's told to say... But all in all I'd go back.

   We had lovely time on Christmas Eve.Restaurant looks great with xmas lights and staff does excellent job dealing with big crowd. Food was delicious with no long waiting even though place was busy.We enjoyed every minute.thank you and happy christmas to all members of staff.
