   I went for Valentine's Day 2025 and it was horrible. I have been to Figo before so I'll say this was just a bad night for them but it was a really bad night. Our reservation was for 9:30pm and they were pretty full, however, about a few hours before we got there we got a message saying they weren't serving alcohol and it was BYOB. I guess they lost their liquor license. We get there and get seated and the people around us are complaining that the waiter disappeared so a different girl served our section. She repeatedly forgot what we ordered for both our appetizers and entrees. A table next to us that came in after we did got their food before we did and I had ordered the same thing as them, and it was because the girl kept forgetting what we ordered so I guess she didn't put the order in. She also never checked on our table outside of taking our order and I had to call her back over about our food not coming, to which she recited the wrong order which I had to tell her was not what we ordered. Then the waiter girl that had disappeared, reappeared and started bad mouthing the establishment to the table beside us saying how they didn't know all these reservations were coming in at this time and they weren't even supposed to be open that long and they couldn't serve liquor so they should've closed, etc. It was also freezing inside which multiple people complained about. It's the winter time, why are your customers wearing their coats inside the restaurant?? Overall, an absolute awful dinner experience.

   Our experience was a fixed menu, with multiple choices, and everything was fabulous. We went for Valentine’s Day, and it was a very nice experience with excellent food at a reasonable price. The only issue was that the restaurant sent us a message about an hour before saying that there would be no alcohol service, but we were welcome to BYOB. Something to be aware of if you book this place. Not sure why they did not have alcohol that night or whether they don’t have a liquor license. The nice thing was, however, they did allow us to bring our own wine.

   Food was poor. In a 10-person not particularly picky group of people, everyone thought food was adequate but not good. Many had cannolis for dessert and not one person liked them (out of 6).

   The restaurant messaged us the night before our bottomless brunch reservation to tell us that they WON’T be serving alcohol…BYOB though. For a party of 15, getting a reservation that soon was impossible anywhere else so we had to scramble around to get alcohol to bring with us. The restaurant was not clear on the rules/regulations of the BYOB either and was slow to respond. Food was good, nothing special though.

   The food was great and the service was great, but we were a bit disappointed that they were not serving alcohol when we were there for some unexplained reason. The four course tasting was a tremendous value!
