   My husband snd I split the special lemon encrusted halibut with a red pepper cream sauce, with beans, chunks if zucchini, tiny shrimp. It was very very delicious. The dinner rolls were served warm either olive oil dipping sauce. Our server was very attentive. The dinner was amazing.

   We enjoy Fin Bistro every time. Whether dining as a couple or with a large group the service is excellent and seafood the best on marco ! Kuddos!!

   Everything was delightful. My original reservation was for 2-I called to ask if I could change it to three. The young lady was very kind and said oh yes, of course we can do that. Give me just one minute.. then Chris called during the day today to remind me of our reservation and I said I’m looking forward to it and he said me as well! When we arrived, we were greeted by the same hostess, who I had spoken to the day before young with medium brown hair she was very personable and said oh yes, I spoke to you on the phone yesterday Then Jennifer arrived at the table. She was very well spoken on the menu and the specials and she was a delightful server. I chose a triple tail special which I loved one guest selected the pork chop, which was amazing. Our friend got the grouper which was also excellent -we started with the heirloom tomatoes with goat cheese and the warm bread was amazing as well We ended with the lava cake and ice cream. Delicious - our service was excellent. Will definitely return

    Our service was great. waiter was quick to take orders and came around just enough to fill the wine and see if anything was needed without interrupting conversation. Food was good but needed a tweek. we had the octopus which was paired with goat cheese and beets. the beets did not complement the octopus well. it needed acidity. we also had the crudo which had a nice citrus sauce but also needed some salt to highlight the citrus. the dorado was cooked great, the coconut lime curry was delicious
