   Pro-tip. If you're a couple looking for a quiet intimate dinner, don't let them seat you upstairs, or you'll likely be surrounded by large tables with large loud parties echoing throughout the barn-like space.

   The savory food was excellent! A glorious trip through umami-land. The desserts were not at that same wonderful level, but we rarely order dessert and we will definitely be coming back to this wonderfully rewarding restaurant experience. The service was exemplary!

   Loved this spot! My brothers handicapped and we were able to use one of the end tables which enabled him to eat with us. I’m happy they were able to accommodate him. All of the food was so tasty! Star of the show was the meatballs and the bolognese. They had fun pasta shapes. Also kudos to their house made ranch. Don’t sleep on this spot. Book ASAP

   Normally this is a great neighborhood restaurant but tonight was really disappointing. Maybe it’s because it was a Sunday and the Super Bowl?

   I was in utter shock and unsatisfied leaving Fiorella Sunset. It may have been the expectations I set for this place, as to where the terrible experience manifested itself. First impression, they were busy and host was VERY awesome getting everyone seated. I am a solo party of one and there was MANY empty seats, and they place me in the worst spot in the house by the bathrooms, when they could have seated me at the 4 open seats at the bar (but said bartender was overworked for the evening and couldn't take any more seats there). Host provided what their recommendations on the best pasta dishes. I was craving seafood and ordered the pasta with Dungeness crab. I was expecting a good size portion of crab to be greatly disappointed to receive a bland pasta with 1 measly tomato, a few limp slivers of fennel, 1 piece of basil and 3 tiny tiny tiny pieces of crab meat for $30 bucks!! I was forgotten in the corner, and when the server did finally check on me and asked how it was I let her know that the portion of crab for the price was not quite lining up, and I am greatly disappointed. She didn't say sorry just said ok and walked away. Ready to pay and get out of there as quickly as I could I pulled out my card and the buser signaled to my waitress I was ready for the check. Cherry on top, my waitress couldn't even bring me that check. She made another waitress do it, which added salt to the burn for this miserable experience and how pathetic my meal was. I wanted to tip nothing as it was the worst dinning experience I have had in SF to date. 0/5 stars

   Service was wonderful . Hostess was amazing. A little loud on the inside but city dining is what you have come to expect.

   We live in cole valley so have been here many times. Each time, we’ve had wonderful service and food. This time, we took our whole family including my elderly grandmother who were visiting for lunar new year. We FYI’d the staff in our reservation that she’s sensitive to the cold so the host placed us right by the fireplace so my grandma stayed warm the whole meal! Pizzas and pastas were delicious and reasonably priced as usual. All the staff is so friendly and regularly checks in to make sure your meal is going well.
