   My husband and I came here for our anniversary which we specified in our reservation but nothing special was done for that. The food was delicious and came out super fast. Our server however didn’t bring bread until we asked about it and never opened our bottle of wine until we brought it to their attention. I would come back here but not if you’re celebrating a special occasion.

   A very nice restaurant. We had a large group. The entire staff did a great job arranging the table, our waiter was friendly and attentive and meal was delicious. Highly recommend!

   We love Firebirds! This is the first time we have tried the weekend brunch. I had the salmon Benedict with the lobster fondue sauce. It was excellent. Lots of great things to pick from on the brunch menu. Check it out!

   The guy at the front counter is an extremely unpleasant person. He is the old man with glasses we went in there my family and I the weekend after Christmas he asked us if we had a reservation. I said no, but it looks like your dining room has plenty of open tables. He said well if you don’t have a reservation, the bar is the only thing available so my daughter with her newborn baby had to breast-feed at a bar counter, which was extremely uncomfortable. He was very rude and disrespectful while talking to us my husband and I just went in there last night for our fourth year anniversary. We got put at a two seater table. It looked like in an area that was not supposed to have a table there in the middle of the walkway. This man seems very pleased to put us there. We were very unhappy and uncomfortable. The entire meal with people nearly tripping over us constantly, and a very loud party next to us that was celebrating a birthday that sang happy birthday every five minutes for about six times. This man has zero customer service skills and is a pathetic excuse for someone who is supposed to be managing customer service. I have had enough of this jerk and I will not be back to this location.

   Excellent server1! Salmon was delicious. It came out hot and the vegetables were fresh. This is our favorite restaurant!

   The food was really good, ambiance really nice, service very fast but the waiter could have been a lot friendlier. It was my birthday and I was also celebrating a huge business accomplishment and it would have been nice to have a server that seemed like he wanted to be at work. Great customer service is what I do so I expect great service.

   We have been to Firebirds multiple times, but tonight was probably one of my favorites. The weather wasn’t great due to snow, so there was weren’t many people there. It was very laid back and quiet. Usually the restaurant is bustling, but tonight it was really relaxed. You don’t always get that, but it was definitely appreciated tonight!
