    So the entire experience was underwhelming in all honesty. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Our server Kelly was good and very personable. The food sadly was not so terrific. The Loster queso was luke warm. I ordered a Filet Mignon cooked medium, it arrived, and it was over cooked, I'm not even sure it was a filet as it seemed more like a sirloin. (We paid for a filet) and it was charred in several spots. My husband's Salmon was also over cooked. He said that the best part of his meal was the port mushrooms. No one ever came to see how our food was. The desserts were good. This was our first time visiting Firebirds, and we have no desire to return. With the cost of each item, I would have expected better quality.

    Food was very good. But after waiting for 15 minutes (despite having a reservation) without getting seated, we ended up sitting by the bar to eat.

    The run h item of a pork burrito was not good. The pork was over cooked. The sauce was not at all tasty. Very disappointing.

    Our waiter was fantastic. Food was great ! I wish I could think of the waiters name. Semi bald , white, beard. Very energetic, helpful. We sat middle tables of the room. Left area. If look at the kitchen Give that man a raise !!
