   We brought our mom for her. Birthday and our table had so many gnats. In her wine, salad dressing. For the price of our bill it was disappointing that we had bugs flying around.

   We had a reservation for 6:30, seated promptly. Our server was there immediately asking for drink orders without a chance to even glance at the wine list and we asked for a minute and waters. We then ordered the wine and the server poured but never came back to refill empty glasses or ask if we wanted another bottle. Our food came out before salads were cleared. The food was very good and cooked well. We were offered desert half way through our meal and if we needed boxes. The check was delivered and then she came back one minute later and asked if it was ready. This is a good restaurant but the server was rushing us and just didn’t seem to understand how to pace a meal. I’d go back for the food and hopefully the server was a one off or just having an off night.

   Steak was under cooked & fish was over cooked but they replaced them, just a bummer it happened

   My first experience at this location was around 2015, and it was fantastic. My adult son and I moved back to the area in 2023. First experience was great. We've been about 4 more times and things have been disappointing each time. On the most recent visit, we spent well over $100 with tip. Both our steaks were undercooked. He ordered Med... and his was more Rare. It was also very thick and required more "sawing" than cutting. I ordered Med Well... and mine was more Med. I had to ask for the vegetable that came with my meal. We had to ask for drink refills. Overall... the food was 'just ok" and definitely not worth the price. On a positive note, they did apologize. Upgraded the dessert that came with my meal and gave us discount cards for a future visit. Sadly, I'm not sure we'll return.

   We had a great time with out of state friends. Staff was excellent and food was fantastic. Will definitely be going back again.

   Good location, nice ambiance, a little noisy. Niki our server provided excellent service! Overall very good but prices have certainly increased quite a lot over the last 2 years.

   Service was very good. Food options were also very nice. The food itself was good but not great . Overall, Firebirds is a nice place to dine it is not fine dining but much better than most restaurants in that category.

    food was good we had prim rib, but portions could be smaller, including the sides. We took 1/2 home for dinner the following day.
