    We arrived at 4:15 for a reservation set for 4:30 pm a total of 9 people. Hostess was rude and told us we'd have to wait till our server arrived. Fast forward to 4:45 pm and asked again, but now there are 2 hostess. Both ignored with their backs turned and began laughing. When we were finally seated at 5 PM out server was fantastic, Food was not good. Burned to a crisp steak wrapped in black burnt bacon, and 1 chicken breast burned beyond recognition. How is that possible!!! Awful food and never returning, but we did tip our server nicely as she went out of her way to accommodate for the failure of the kitchen.

    Although very busy, the service was fantastic and food served promptly. Prime Rib was delicious and tender, the tomahawk pork chop was to rave about. The Caesar and BLT salads were great and generous amounts. We will definitely be back again and soon!

    Wonderful food had crabcakes from brunch menu and they were cold on the center of but almost all crab delicious food overall

    I am sorry to say that I was disappointed in our experience. My pre-dinner drink, which I ordered right away as we sat down, arrived only after my salad and my second special request. Our server did not check on our meal to make sure that it was as we expected. The food was fine but was under seasoned and not as great as I had hoped. I am not sure that I will repeat this restaurant.

    Our waiter Marcela was excellent and service and food was great. The bar drinks were fast and delicious. I had surf and turf and wife had salmon with shrimp. everything was cooked perfect. we would definitely come back

    Firebird's is an amazing restaurant. I have had many meals there and been so satisfied with the food, service and ambiance. You can't go wrong eating at Firebird's!!

    Honestly, it’s one of the best restaurants I attend at all times.. no matter which location, Rather is Chandler or arrowhead.. you guys never fail waitresses have amazing outstanding professional customer service that brings positive energy with their best advertisements. If I could vote 100 stars at a five I would but for now it’s five out of five.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    This was our first time at this Firebirds location. Food was good but the service was slow and haphazard. It was not as good as other locations.
