   Service was horrible from beginning to end. Drinks to a long time which I would be expect Steve it's the signature drink. Never brought it appetizer. Soup was cold. Did took very long to get them my daughter's burger was burnt. Waiter was very slow and forgetful.

   BLT salad was great, loaded baked potato was good but the filet I order tasted like someone had dumped a salt shaker on it - so much salt I could not eat it. After sending it back (first time I’ve ever done that) they prepared another steak that was again over seasoned with salt and so tough I could barely cut it with the steak knife. Our server asked how it was and I told her it was OK even though it was not - at that point I just wanted to pay the bill and leave. The manager who handled getting me the second steak said they were short staffed in the kitchen and apparently filling in with people that didn’t know how to cook. Overall - our server was great but the inexperienced kitchen staff ruined my evening.

   My steak was way overcooked and by the time the kitchen prepared another, my husband was finished with his meal. The wait staff was embarrassed and comped my meal, but I ended up taking it home in a to-go box.

   Michelle was our server today. She did a very good job . Efficient, friendly. The food was great as always. 3 different entrees..... All good.

   too bad the steamed vegetables were tough--BTW when a tip is suggested on your bill they calculate the percentage based on total bill --they need to base their tip suggestions on the bill {PRIOR to taxes) I hate when restaurants calculate with tax added..that is wrong-- My first visit--food was good--but needs work on some things--

   Went with a few coworkers for birthday celebration. The food was subpar, was very disappointing. I usually love their tenderloin salad. Unfortunately, the lettuce was wilted and bitter. Lettuce color was yellow not green! The tomatoes were not diced and pretty nor did they have a sweet taste. The steak flavor was lacking. Again, extremely disappointing.

    We brought our mom for her. Birthday and our table had so many gnats. In her wine, salad dressing. For the price of our bill it was disappointing that we had bugs flying around.
