   Server was patient and wonderful. The food was delicious, correct and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The manager visited our table and engaged both myself and my daughter on a personal level, not just “checking on you”.

   We hadn't been to Firebirds in quite a long time due to the fact that the menu just wasn't very interesting and the food was just okay. Last night, even though the place was very busy, the service was impeccable, as were our meals! The menu has been updated and the selections are much more appealing. We will be returning soon!!

   We were sat by the kitchen and it was very loud. Worker would hangout by the wall and talk loudly.

   We went for my husband’s bday and it was amazing! We were pleased that our request for a booth in the reservation happened. And our table was ready at EXACTLY 6pm which was our reservation time, even though it was busy and they were on a wait. They knew it was his bday from the reservation and they made it special. The server was amazing and the steak was the best we’ve have in a long time. Great experience!

   My wife and I shared the filet with au gratin potatoes and the carrots. The food was delicious and there were only a few bites left on either of our plates. We added the Cajun butter to the steak and that made this dish even more satisfying. Our server was very nice but had to be educated on one of our favorite dishes. She also tried to take my plate away before I was finished but did apologize for her error. We will be back as this is one of my wife’s favorite places
