   We usually go to Firebirds in North Wales and we’re disappointed in the Collegeville location. Our regular orders were served completely different and were not enjoyable. Additionally the staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed. Coffee was served cold.

   Good traditional Steak House. Clean water glasses with iced, good smelling, clear water. One streaked, dirty steak knife. Exposed flaming grill, bustling, crowded, loud. Nice atmosphere. Good food at reasonable prices. Great, fast service. I had the Roast Beef au jus with creamy horse radish sauce and a loaded baked potato. The Beef was a normal portion size, well-seasoned, slightly underdone Medium Rare. The Loaded Baked potato that came with it as a side for $39.95 was very good.

   Our anniversary was a wonderful celebration from start to finish. The table was decorated for our special day, the food was wonderful and dessert was delicious. Thanks to the manager Tom and our server Caroline for going out of their way to make our visit extra special!

    Excellent food, excellent service. The only downfall was the cost, as our lunch bill was $300 for four adults and two children, with no alcohol - but it was fine for a special occasion.
