    This restaurant has a lovely decor and is cozy and warm on a cold day. Our server was really great. Our food was served quickly and presented well. Menu was large and varied. Only item that was not cooked right was my filet. I asked for med rare and I got rare. We were with friends so I did not send it back. Will not do medium rare again.

    My first prime rib came looking awful but they made it right. Server Trevor was very nice and attentive. We are excited they’ll be opening in New Albany soon because the traffic by Polaris isn’t fun to navigate.

    Enjoy going so much, the BEST Caesar salad anywhere along with their apps😋 Greg always remembers our little requests even when we forget to mention ! Excellent server👏👏👏

    We had not been to Firebirds in a while. A year or so ago we were disappointed. Everything seemed nicer this time. The menu, the atmosphere, the waiter. Everything. The only reason we booked it is because it had been a while and I was in the mood for something nicer. I am really pleased to have another place to be excited about visiting for dinner. Meal was nice. Atmosphere was nice. If it has been a while, give them another shot. I bet you will be pleased.

    The deviled eggs had no flavor, the bread was over-baked (crumbled), and the steak was tough. Typically, their food is pretty good, but this time was a big miss.
