   We love Firebirds, especially the ribs. On this visit they were very busy and my ribs were over done. This is not the norm.

   We love Firebirds and typically have a good experience. They were off tonight. We will go back. Everyone has an off night now and then.

   The experience overall was great. We went here for our anniversary and my birthday. Everything including our waiter Michael, was fantastic. The tempura lobster tail was TO DIE FOR! We will absolutely be back. My ONLY gripe was that our steaks were not cooked properly but they tasted amazing.

   Our waitress was excellent - attentive to our table and very nice. Food was very good but too pricey for what you actually got - steak had way too much fat on. Also some items were too salty.The atmosphere was very pleasant.
