First things first, food was very good as always. However, this time we were seated in a table right next to the bathroom so traffic came and went frequently. There was also table with a highchair adjacent to ours, which cut off access somewhat to the bathroom, which meant I basically got bumped every time someone went by. I understand the high char is necessary for a family with a baby, but the placement was awkward and it made our dinner uncomfortable. The manager came by and I expressed this and he offered a free dessert as a form of compensation which we were happy to accept. however, when the bill came, the cost of the dessert was on the ticket. I became so frustrated. I just paid it and walked out. I actually showed the manager on the way out that we were charged for the dessert and he was quite busy and wasn’t quite as interested in helping us as he was earlier. I just feel like the whole dinner was a cluster from the beginning to end.

Food was good. I had prime rib and my wife had a blue cheese and bacon filet. The au gratin and parmesan mashed potatoes were both vey tasty. I would rate the overall food quality and taste a 4 out of 5. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

Overall experience was ok. Food was ok. Was surprised by how casual everyone dressed. Also surprised by the only vegan option on the menu was a salad. Was asked on reservation if this was a special occasion, and I responded it was a birthday. Nothing at the table reflected the occasion. Not sure why the question was asked.

The atmosphere was warm and fun, the service was polite, and our meals were very flavorful. We never received the appetizer we ordered, however, and the center of my salmon wasn’t cooked. I could only eat the edges. Need to be more specific when placing the order next time.

The rib special is excellent. Smoky charred lots of bbq sauce. What is great they don’t mind substituting the fries. Service is always above & beyond

Our server, Logan, was excellent. We were seated quickly, order was taken and drinks brought out in a reasonable amount of time. We were checked on for our satisfaction and to see if we needed anything appropriately. Our meals were delicious and hot. Dessert was amazing! We will definitely return as Firebirds has become a favorite for our family.

Greeter was great! She wished us. Services was just ok. We set outside so I guess we were not checked on as much, can’t really tell how service. But food was amazing as always! Great portions very very fresh and delicious great presentation.

My wife and I had an enjoyable and delicious meal at Firebirds in Frederick, Maryland. Our receptionist as well as waitstaff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience when I visit this establishment and will definitely make another trip within the coming days.
