   We had a great experience. Service could have been a bit better but she was very friendly. Drinks took quite a while to come out as we were told bar was backed up.

   I’m not a fan. The smoked chicken wings were clearly fried perhaps flash fried after being smoked but they didn’t taste smoked at all. The deviled eggs were bland and the jalapeños were not in the least bit spicy - very very odd. The waitress was great but that was definitely my last time there. Very underwhelming.

   I will state that our server was excellent. Professional, pleasant, and experienced. We will not be dining at Firebirds again. We were disappointed, and this is the second Firebirds Restaurant in which we had a less than delightful experience.

   The best items were the chicken wings and bread pudding. My entire party food was cold. Nothing was hot like it should have been. It was hard to get refills, and everything took so long to get that we ordered to not understand why we received cold food. Spending $300+ on a bill not enjoy it is absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant wasn't even packed.....just didn't understand. Was celebrating my mom 60th Birthday at a restaurant she never been too. I had made the mistake of telling my mom she would enjoy!!!

   The food was excellent! Our group of 6 all enjoyed their meals. The service was terrible. We waited a long time to order, never came back to refill water, waited for dessert menu and waited to get our check…. It was a long night!
