    As a solo diner I often expect to not have the best seat in the house but I originally sat in the corner in an add in room full of tables of larger parties. I moved to the bar which is not my favorite place to eat as they are usually uncomfortable for dining. My meal was out of this world. The tomahawk pork chop was one of if not the best pork chop I’ve ever had!

    Mother’s Day visit, Salmon came raw with slim showing under cooked. Lemonade was awesome, and server was nervous but ok. Food was fair but we won’t revisit. Queso was missing lobster only had spinach and queso but the order was a lobster spinach queso.

    Admittedly, it was busy when we went. However, we waited additional 25 minutes past our reservation time. Building was being kept at 67 degrees making it feel cold for the entire party. Food came out cold over an hour after ordering. Other parties came in after us and left before us. Never received bread, never received butter for lobster. Table next to us had to ask for salad three times. We had to ask to get drinks refilled. Had to remake one of the steaks that was overdone as it had clearly been sitting for a while before being served cold, adding additional time to our 2+ hour dinner. Manager stopped by several times, but there was no compensation for the delays and cold food.

    It was our first time at Firebirds and it took AN HOUR to receive our food after ordering! The waiter never said anything about why it was taking so long, or even acknowledged that the food was taking so long. It was Mother's Day, but our reservation was at 11:30 so we thought it wouldn't be too chaotic that early, but not so much. We will try it one more time, and hopefully it will be a better experience

    This was our first experience at Firebirds and we really enjoyed it. Marko was a great waiter who appeared to really care that our experience was special. The food was filled with flavor along with being presented well. We would highly recommend Firebirds to all of our friends and family.
