   Service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend reservation. Food was great from Adult menu and kids menu. Very kid friendly

   We arrive 10 minutes early of reservations. Didn’t get seated until 7:45 pm and reservations 7:30 pm. Baked potato wasn’t good. I asked for loaded baked potato and very few toppings. Steak was good! The waiter was slick racist because he asked us what’s the occasion and he explained how a medium well steak appears but I didn’t ask.

   Still new but not at the level I expect from Firebirds. Have been a customer of other locations for over a decade and generally love it. Food quality is lower. Dessert came frozen after a very long and apologetic wait. Wine on the bill was charged as something other than what we ordered. Also, I did not order an 8 ounce glass-this was just assumed. We had an open table reservation and initially were sent to a small out of the main room table for 2. We were reseated by request. Waitress was polite and professional. Overall satisfied but would reconsider this as a first choice in Southaven. There are better options.

   First time at the new location for us. We were able to walk in with our reservation ad go straight to a table. Server was pleasant and very nice. We will be going back often.

    Food took over an hour to come out, steak was well done when we ordered medium. The waitress was not apologetic at all and honestly seemed like she hated her life. We will not be returning to this location. Multiple people around us had to send their food back as well.
