   Seated at a small table that was wobbly. The food was not worth the value in my opinion along with the service. It was worth a try but will not be going back.

   Loved their signature black diamond martini. Sat right at reservation time. Great NA / mocktail Options. Loved the 3 course deal. All our steaks cooked perfect. Amazing rib eye.

   Too loud. Table conversation (3) difficult. Table not ready at reservation time. Good good, not great. Past visits to Firebirds much better- perhaps I need to stay in my home town.

   Our experience was not what we're used to when dining at Firebirds, but we are new to this location and Surprise offers very little in the way of high quality dining. We were sat at a table that was wet and had not been sufficiently wiped of all debris. I ordered my steak medium and it came medium well, and my husband ordered his medium well and it came medium. We also waited over 45 minutes for our food. We liked our server, but didn't see him very often. The restaurant was so busy that we felt perhaps he had far too many tables to manage. Our overall experience wasn't quite what we were expecting.

   It was great!!! Seated almost immediately. Our server was wonderful. Food came out timely. Not too fast or slow. I love dining there!
