   Firebird is very good. We had reservations, but had to wait 20 minutes. This was disappointing. Another disappointment after an excellent dinner was the waitress presented our check, which was an error. It favored the restaurant. This was sorted out. We've been to this place 6 times without problems. Perhaps this was just a bad night.

   Celebrated my cousin’s birthday as well as my husband’s. The birthday dessert was a nice treat for both of them. I had the three course dinner and thought it a great meal at a reasonable price. Our server, Shannon, was very pleasant very efficient. She was great!

   Matthew was an awesome server. The dining room was very loud. We were by the open kitchen, and the fire alarm went off a few times. Drinks were great. My steak was a bit chewy.

   My ribeye was like a salt lick. I mentioned it to the waitress but got little to no response. My wife’s filet was the toughest she has ever gotten. I’ve been going since it opened and never received a meal like this.

   Had a team dinner here. The food was good and the portions were nice. The restaurant was crowded so the noise level was pretty high.

   Disappointing visit today. Stopped in for a quick lunch before an early afternoon meeting (had 45 min). Both my wife and I ordered appetizers which we thought would be served quickly (wings & onion rings for my wife, and wings & fries for me). It took 30min for our order to arrive and when it did, it was wrong. Server only brought 1 order of wings, and there was no time to wait for my wings to be prepared. Order took so long to arrive, we had to ask for boxes and take it with us, and I just skipped lunch since they forgot my wings. Usually have good experiences here, but today wasn't one of them unfortunately.

   Fantastic service and food. The trainee for our table was an awesome lad, stayed on top of service. Will always recommend going.

    Visited last Saturday 1/11. Not a great experience. This restaurant is so hit or miss. I can go several times and get a good or great meal and then bam it’s like they’ve never cooked a meal before. We both had to send back our steaks. Ribeye was ordered medium but came out well done. Filet was ordered medium rare but came out well done. We sat and ate our lobster tails while we waited for our steaks. I loathe eating my meal like this. Take back the entire meal and do it right. I should have sent it back anyway. The broccoli was not cooked. The carrots were burnt but crunchy. My lobster tail was cold. I told the manager about the rest of the meal when he brought the steaks. I told him to take the carrots and my steak add ons of onions and mushrooms off the bill because they just sat on my plate getting cold while I waited for my steak. The manager seemed aloof about the whole thing. The waiter said he got approval from the manager to give us free desserts. I got the carrot cake. It’s my favorite. I asked if they could heat it up completely because it’s always half heated half cold. Served it to me cold. The icing wasn’t even melted. It was free so I just ate it as is. If you ordered the carrot cake 10 years ago it was always perfectly heated. Not anymore. I don’t understand it. I know I probably sound ridiculous. Trust me I remained very calm and bit my tongue. But come on, their food isn’t cheap and I always tip well. How does a steakhouse not know how to cook a steak properly? This same thing happened to us several months ago as well. The manager then was extremely apologetic and made sure our next visit had “VIP treatment”. I told him then that FB used to be our favorite restaurant and that we’d go more often if it weren’t for these repeated issues. So I guess I’m back to not going there again for a while.
