   excellent setting.., and the waitstaff was excellent..... I was very disappointed that we could not order breakfast from the menu...only an expensive buffet was available with food many in the party could not eat. we had drinks instead. left early

   Breakfast was wonderful. We got $15 off per night booked. Typical DC high prices but the discount helped.

   To start, we made an online reservation, and when we arrived, we were told the restaurant had been closed. No other option was offered to us by hotel staff at that point. We walked past the spa in the hotel, and after asking about the restaurant being closed, we were rudely told we could go outside to a different restaurant. We went out to an outside seating café attached to the hotel, and the service/food was awful. The bar tender got every detail of our simple order wrong and barely said two words. People were complaining loudly and leaving. On top of this, the elevator and two restrooms nearest the restaurant were out of order. I will never recommend or go back to this hotel again.
