For having to pay $50 on top of our meal it wasn’t worth it. Won’t be back

The ambiance was great! Our waiter was very personable! There were a few mishaps, the person who brought out the food brought out the wrong thing for my daughter, so it had mushrooms and peppers and a toasted bun. When we tried to ask her about it, she just said she would let us talk to the waiter. He returned with the proper food without us having to ask, he had seen the mistake. Later when she brought out our desserts the table was still crowded with our 5 food trays which we had tried to condense. I asked her if she would take them, but she said not he waiter would. Not as pleasant enjoying dessert with those all over the table. The biggest error was when we were seated, no one alerted a waiter and we waited over 20 min before I went to find one to place a drink order. We wouldn't have had time for dessert, but luckily he let us know no one was booked after us and we had time for dessert.

The reservation was early so we didn’t get the full affect with the lights, but it was very comfortable and the food was very good. The only small thing is that need to make sure the games provided work and all the pieces are in the bin and sanitized. But I loved the idea with the games and would do it again!

It was $50 just to reserve an igloo and it wasn’t even applied to the bill. What a rip off. The food is average at best.

Overall, experience was wonderful. Waiter was amazing and so friendly, but did not have his mask over his nose the entire time.
