Fishworks - Swallow Street is an absolute essential for seafood lovers. The restaurant offers a traditional wet fish counter where you can buy fish to take home and cook yourself, or you can select any fish or crustacean with our fishmonger and have it cooked there and then to your liking.

This chic stylish restaurant is only minutes away from the bustle of Piccadilly hidden away in an exclusive street. The whole restaurant opens its glass window façade doors creating a fantastic atmosphere great for corporate dining and enjoying a pre-theatre meal before hitting the West End.

Love the food here - delicious and beautifully presented - very helpful staff and reasonable prices considering the wide choice and quality available - great fish bar and lovely cocktails My only slight criticism which is not the restaurants fault at all - is that it was only about half full so the atmosphere is slightly flat as it’s not buzzing like some other restaurants - there could be a small improvement made to the lighting which could be very slightly darker and perhaps some quiet background music ? I think it wasn’t full because it’s slightly off the main beat of the area down Swallow st so less people come in off the street as it were which is a real shame as it’s really good food and the staff were lovely

Raj and Batu were great team. Had wonderful lunch at fish works. Staff were very kind, food was exquisite. Thank you for everything. A good value..

From Lunchtime Mishap to Dinnertime Magic! Tried to have lunch at Fishworks today, but it looked like things had gone a little… sideways. Tables were empty, staff were flustered, and from what I gathered, the party had somehow moved outside (whether by accident or design, I’m still not sure). For a second, I considered setting up a picnic on the pavement, but before I could commit, Kate, the lovely manager, swooped in. Instead of just apologizing and coming up with excuses, she did something even better—she invited me back for dinner. And thank goodness I returned! Prawns? Divine! The fish? Perfectly cooked. And the best part? Watching Kate and the chef in their element, passionately preparing a special plater dish for a big party next door. What a duo! And we got some tasters!!! Would I come back? Absolutely! Will I bring more people next time! 100% Fish does work here!

Nice and varied menu. It wasn't exceptional enough for the price point however. Most dishes require side dishes, so it is expensive, even for london.

We love Fishworks and go regularly. Great fish (try the mixed grill) and fair prices. Always a reliable venue when meeting family or friends in central London. A better selection of English beers (not Euro-fizz) and a Stout would be nice!

The service was brilliant and the food was amazing. Fresh fish with amazing flavour especially the soup. You get absolute value for money with the dishes they have on offer.
