   530 reservations seated early hosts were very welcoming. Patrick was our server and bartender. He and entire team provided awesome service. Gimlets and expresso martinis were perfect. Patrick provided excellent descriptions of the menu items. We split the delicious cornbread very splittable for a table of four. We split the wedge and Caesar for our table of three and it was the perfect amount. Friends enjoyed their pastas. One had the truffle fettuccine and really enjoyed the dish. The other friend had a pasta in a broth with sausage she finished the dish. Only hiccup was the clam and squid ink pasta. It was too salty to eat. Never experienced so much salt. They graciously substituted this for the rigatoni which was out of this world. They apologized several times. Overall almost a perfect night out. Definitely recommend Five in Vine.

   This was my third visit to Five on Vine and my family’s first. Each time I dine here I enjoy the experience even more. Sam has been my server twice and she was s fantastic. There is s a lot of attention to detail with the service, the menu has a nice variety and unique options. I love the ambiance and would highly recommend this OTR gem.

   Terrell took WONDERFUL care of us. This from Scratch Locally Sourced Kitchen emphasizes quality and standards. Hand made pastas, meats butchered in house, craft cocktails, great wine list in an upscale space with comfy leather chairs and mood lighting. Recommend this for an elevated date Night or catch up spot for groups of <6 (those circle booths looked NICE) What we ordered: OTR Wellingtons (puff pastry pig in a blanket. Yum) Truffle Fettuccine (you can add protein we didnt tho. Used it as a side for the table. Truffle lovers this is a MUST) Cioppano: shell fish lovers dream. Mussels: the red pepper spread on the bread and the delicious broth makes this dish stand out. Affogato for dessert is the perfect sweet treat to top off this satisfying meal!

    I brought my friend here for her 30th birthday and we LOVED the food. I left so full I thought I was going to roll out of there. Overall very attentive wait staff, great ambience, great food. They also included a card wishing her a happy birthday which I thought was a special touch.
