   I absolutely love fl.2! I’ve been here multiple times for dinner, and it’s consistently delicious—easily one of my favorite spots in the city. Most recently, we stopped in just for after-dinner cocktails and dessert, and it did not disappoint. The chocolate cake was a standout—rich, decadent, and so generously portioned that I ended up sharing it with three friends. The espresso martini was also perfection—beautifully balanced between the bold bitterness of the coffee and just the right hint of sweetness. 10/10 recommend for a chic night out, whether you’re going all in for dinner or just popping by for drinks and dessert. There was also live jazz which was a fun added touch on a Saturday night.

   From the time we walked in until we left it was a great experience. Our waiter, Tim was attentive but not overbearing. He offered to walk us thru the menu and made great suggestions which we did take him up on. The food was really good. It got a bit noisy with the bar but nothing crazy. We are looking forward to our next visit.

   We always enjoy this spot before theatre. Very shoddy service from staff who would be best used in a diner. Eggs Benedict were overcooked. Not up to usual standards.

   My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at the Fairmount. A bit pricey, but very tasty and well presented food. The staff, including the restaurant manager, were extremely helpful; engaging and knowledgeable.

   A weird overall vibe. Surprisingly not busy on a Thursday night...for good reason. I generally don't really care that much about prices if the food and experience is good. Food is too expensive for the quality, the half-chicken was $45, and what was supposed to be a filet was probably a sous-vide strip steak which was just OK for $58. I'd rather pay more at Eddie V's or Capital Grille and get something good. Both entrees came with small-ish sides, none of which were that great. The Harvest Salad ($18) was the best item that we had. Drinks and wine are overpriced, desserts were tolerable at $16, herbal tea was $7. My seat was facing the kitchen, and the staff looked pretty miserable—none of chefs talked to each other the entire evening. There was a lot of rancid-smelling smoke that wafted into the dining room, so we smelled like smoke the rest of the evening. I'm not coming back here for a really long time. Fail.

    My wife had salmon and I had the grouper. Both dishes were perfect! Service by Tim couldn't be better as everything happened exactly how and when it should have.
