   So disappointed. Went for lunch before the symphony. Only serving brunch which was fine. Awfully understaffed for a Sunday ( we had made reservations) - only 2 servers for the entire restaurant - they were working so hard but could not keep up - they also had to make drinks as there was no one behind the bar. We waited a long time to place our order and receive our food and drinks. Omelette was ridiculously small and dull for the price. Lobster roll was very tasty. Bloody Mary lacked flavor. I’d heard good reviews so was expecting much more. Unlikely to be going here again.

   Clearly lacking in service personnel - took 20 minutes to get my Irish coffee at brunch and 40 minutes to get our food which was exceptionally good - lived the new crab cake sandwich and the story behind Prince and its creation.

   This was a wonderful dinner! We were all so satisfied with our meals, the wine, and our waiter/server..also, we had a lovely setting, overlooking the bridge and Market Square. The valet parking was also wonderful, and since we had an early reservation, had plenty of time to get to Heinz Hall!!! Thank you to all!🎄

   I could feel the pretentiousness of this place as soon as I got there. I couldn't get a reservation at 4, but when I arrived at 5, the restaurant was practically empty. They sent us down in the back, far from any table with a view (which is the appeal of this place in my opinion), and the tables with a view stayed empty the whole time I was there (2+ hours) The drinks and food were decent, nothing extraordinary, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. For a first time business dinner in the city, I don't think I would be rushing back anytime soon. The only highlight would be our server which was amazing, her service was excellent.

   We had Thanksgiving dinner at Fl 2 and it was totally worth it. We ordered the Thanksgiving Plate that serves 2 for $89. It included choice of soup or salad, a large serving of turkey [enough for 4?], mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, and choice of pie. We had to order a side of stuffing [I found that odd] and the green beans and pototoes weren't quite enough for two. However, our server Giovanni was fantastic and the ambience was perfect. You really can't beat the value.

   The food was very sub-par. Turkey very salty and not warm. Green bean casserole tasted very unpleasant and cranberry-orange complete was sour with no taste of orange. Bourbon-pecan pie had no bourbon and was served cold on a very cold plate. The dinner roles were tough and burnt. Service was spotty. Only the Prosecco was good. None of us will return to F2

   I usually go to Fl. 2 for dinner and wanted to try their breakfast menu. The food was great and service was spot on. Definitely order a side of bacon!
