    Seated against the wall and the tables were too close and we felt like there was no privacy for having real conversations. Steak was good but chewy…not the best cut for that price. Service was excellent. Thank you..

    Every single thing from the immediate greeting from Vanessa, when we arrived to Patrick our server was ‘top notch!’ Ryan another associate of Vanessa and Patrick was also friendly, helpful and made sure we felt comfortable. The ‘Smith’ Martini is a must have along with their ‘Seasonal Cesar’ Salad, the grilled ‘smoky’ artichoke hearts on the salad added the crunchy texture of ‘croutons’ without the bread. For a main I had the butterfly branzino (sea bass), melted in one’s mouth like butter! Their ‘expreeso’ machine was ‘out of order’ so Patrick was kind enough to make me my own wee pot to enjoy… Opps I failed to mention I enjoyed the ‘hank pankie ’ as my starter, delicious!!! Only sight issue was MY guests paid the bill, so not planned… Recommend anyone visiting ‘Prince Edward County, ‘Flame’ + Smith’ a must visit for a terrific meal… Tom May 2025

    Excellent service and food was delicious! Sadly, the restaurant couldn’t accommodate a sesame seed allergy with the bun on the burger. It was written as Brioche bun on the menu, which was a little misleading.

It was on the louder side — likely due to how busy it was — though that may be more noticeable if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, a fantastic spot. You won’t be disappointed!

    It was a wonderful place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. The ambiance was relaxed and the service was excellent. The wood flame seared PEC beef was great, but the true stars of the show were the sourdough bread and french fries, which we couldn’t stop eating. It was a truly memorable evening.

    The restaurant is quite nice and fairly expensive. There are not enough Mains options for people who don’t eat red meat. We won’t be back.
