   Super cute cowboy theme. Food was just okay, fries way overcooked. Waitress seemed busy and annoyed, we'd have to get her attention for another drink, not very friendly.

   We’ve done Flanker’s pop-ups before, and Hidden Boot Saloon kept the fun going strong. We made a Thursday night reservation and were guided through a themed “bank” entrance—had to snap a quick Insta pic in the “jail” on the way in. Our corner table gave us a perfect view of the mechanical bull and lively bar. It was great to be part of the Western theme—lots of laughs people-watching and cheering for riders who hung on the longest. Drinks like All Girl Rodeo and Bowlegged Swagger came in clever themed mugs (a Flanker’s tradition that never disappoints). The Cowboy Colada—a whiskey piña colada—was surprisingly good. We shared nachos, pretzel, and spinach dip—huge portions and great flavors. Others had tacos and tenders, all solid choices. The bull was free to ride (waiver required), and our server Eve kept the energy high with great service and celebratory shots. The bar seats looked like the spot to be—next time, we might settle in there to watch the night unfold. Another creative, high-energy experience. Can’t wait to see what they do next!

   Place is awesome, makes you feel like you're on vacation. Highly suggest you reserve the hidden boot for a few drinks. Watch your head on the low entrance door to the 👢! Loved the circular bar while waiting for for reservations. Place is a great atmosphere!

   No point in making a reservation. They don’t honor them. They allow people to sit in tables as long as they want, so it becomes standing room only. What’s dumb is they won’t let you in without a reservation yet they have nowhere for you to sit. Horribly managed.

   Made a reservation for dining at the Hidden Boot experience and arrived early. Hostess asked if we had a reservation, found our reservation, then said it was going to be open seating and that our reservation for a table could not be honored. She even hit us with a “good luck finding a spot” condescendingly. When we walked in it was standing room only and we couldn’t even find a barstool. Ridiculous experience when there’s a reservation system in place to allegedly prevent this.

    Horrible experience. We made a reservation for 9:30, when we arrived they informed us there was not a table for us and there would not be. They mentioned at 9 they stop doing reservations and it’s walk ins, why offer a 9:30 reservation. The manager then offered us a table for 2 for our party of 4. So half of us could sit and enjoy ourselves while the other two had to go find somewhere else, how this was even a proposed solution was terrible. Overall just a horrible experience, will never return again after this.
