   Looking for a smaller low key steakhouse. Decor was decent except for the TVs that made it a little too casual. Appetizer portion size seemed a little small. Steaks were ok (filet mignon temp was good but the rib eye was slightly more done than requested). Service was ok until we noticed that the gratuity was already added to the bill (20% for a party of 3) before the final tally and then there was additional line for more gratuity. Didn’t think that was right. It has potential but it needs to do better. It was just ok.

   Growing up in a steak country, I looked forward to a steak dinner in Brooklyn. I asked the waiter what grade of meat was the filet. He told me it was a tenderloin. I again asked if it was a choice or prime. He went back to the kitchen and, upon returning again, told me it was a tenderloin. I gave up and ordered the filet medium rare plus. I asked the waiter if the cook knew how to cook it at this temperature. He said yes. It came out basically well done. He apologize. So I asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare. The next steak came out rare to raw. I believe a restaurant that offers steaks should know what grade of beef they are offering and know how to cook the steak. At $55 a filet it should be great and it wasn't.

   So I went here on my Birthday with a beautiful lady. And the place made us so comfortable and at ease. Our waiter was really nice and informative we just said, OK! Yes. The Food was soo delicious our dessert (her dessert) came with a candle. I'm telling all my coworkers about this restaurant. Thank you so much.

   We ordered the octopus and the bone marrow as an appetizer, excellent, also we had cesar and the house salad the Ribeye Steak and the salmon everything was great good portions , very flavorful nice ambience no to noisy the staff very good

   This was my second time here. The first time I had a good experience, the second time not so much, The chicken wings were not crispy, the skin was chewy which we did not care for, but that's a preference thing. The steaks were good, however we had to send one back because it was not prepared the way we had asked for. There was no milk or cream for the coffee at dessert time so we could not properly end our meal and it was not cheap!

   Awesome place! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was so delicious. We went for Restaurant Week and were very pleasantly surprised. The dishes were beautifully plated and they were delicious. I had the Fresh Mozarella -n- Caviar, the Ribeye Steak Dinner, and the Chocolate Trilogy. My friend had the Caesar salad, the Seared Salmon, and the Chocolate Trilogy as well. We both loved your meals.

   The kitchen has some skill. They can produce good food. The generally ambience and feel of the place isn’t great. It’s a restaurant and bar in the same room, the tv’s are on and the loud voices coming from the mouths of washed up looking drunks at the bar isn’t desirable, especially if you have kids with you. I want to like this restaurant but aside from the food, I don’t.

    I recently dined at Flatiron 2 in Park Slope during Restaurant Week, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The special prix fixe menu showcased the kitchen’s expertise and commitment to high-quality ingredients. The meal began with a charred octopus leg, which was expertly grilled to achieve a delicate balance of crispness and tenderness. The smokiness of the char paired beautifully with the accompanying seasonings, making for a flavorful and well-executed appetizer. For the main course, I had the ribeye steak with caramelized onions, and it was nothing short of perfection. The steak was cooked exactly to my preference, with a rich, juicy interior and a well-seasoned crust. The sweetness of the caramelized onions complemented the savory depth of the ribeye, elevating the dish to a standout level. To finish, the tiramisu was a delightful ending to the meal—light, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right touch of espresso and cocoa.
