$65 per person (complete fleeting menu will also be available) first appetizer trio (grassroots pork lumpia, mini nc crab cake, local shrimp dip on homemade chip with smoked trout roe) second green salad (lemon juice, olive oil, local shaved radishes, goat cheese) OR crispy fingerling potatoes (creole mustard, creme fraiche, garden herbs) third choice of any entree ($15 upcharge for grilled ribeye) january 23rd to february 2nd 5p to 9:30p *closed january 27th and 28th

Fleeting is consistently excellent. Always something creative and new on the menu. Everyone very pleased with their meal. Grilled cheese with crab and caviar was particularly tasty. Comfortable seating and well appointment environment. Staff is terrific. Cody is outstanding. All Very invested in your dining experience. It was a bit too noisy as we began our meal but improved over time.

Food was tasty and interesting. Server was friendly, but not overbearing.seating had good spacing so you aren’t on top of other diners. Pricing was appropriate for the setting and food quality.

The pork shoulder underperformed, The accompanying beets were not included. The pork chop was at least 50% fat. This was not a great experience especially at premium pricing.
