   The whole experience was absolutely amazing! Our waiter Luke was so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He made the experience that much more special.

   Went twice while visiting downtown Memphis. Food and service were excellent. Fascinated by the dining concept of optional, smaller portions providing more variety. Especially enjoyed the crab cake and the peanut butter brownie. Nice selections of wines by the glass. Our waiter, Hayden, was most engaging and accommodating — we made sure to request him for our 2nd visit.

   Great meal! Loved the small plate flight. Our party of three was able to sample nine different entrees. Everything was delicious!

   Remarkable waiter. Very kind and knowledgeable. Our first visit so he explained everything and made it a memorable experience. Food and wine “off the chart” for exceptional. First timers and now life timers.

   As name indicates, the restaurant offers wine flights and appetizer, main course and dessert flights of 3 items each. I ordered a game flt of duck breast, veal scallopini and ostrich. All items had very nice sauces and accompianments. Earlier in the week I had the fish flt of grouper, seabass and redfish, also very well prepared. A must go.
