   Great service, gorgeous food. We had a lovely evening at Floritz and would recommend it highly. Love all the sharing plates!

   The food comes out in bits so not a great experience, this was explained when we orders, they said the food comes out as it is ready but I really didn't think they meant one plate every 30 minutes. We ordered a bunch of things and got our onion rings then waited another 30 minutes for the next thing. My duck came out then an hour and a half after placing the order and we were already done eating. The food is basic and not worth the price but the restaurant is pretty

   Food was incredible, staff were very quick, helpful and extremely friendly, even the receptionist was really welcoming and took our jackets for us. Beautiful interior also, it's a lovely restaurant to look at. Nice ambient music not too loud. great experience overall.

   The restaurant and staff are excellent but the food is poor and very bad value for money. The portions for the price are tiny and one of the dishes was not edible but was removed from the bill. I spend a lot of time in Spain and am used to small plates/ tapas. However I think there need to be a review of menu and prices. Has the potential to great and has a very good reasonable wine list. However the food let’s it down.

    It was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. Absolutely blown away From the decor to the atmosphere, the quality of food and flavour, and the service was just exceptional. Could not find a fault or flaw in anything. The wagyu tartar and duck were incredible, and so were all the other dishes. It was just the two of us, and we can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu. My partner had been at Christmas with friends and raving about until we went together, and I can see why. The staff were brilliant. Had 5/6 different people check in when passing from Management to Front of House, food runners, barstaff etc but they were all so clued in and well trained and knowledgeable it was just great to see. Even the attention to the customer. When we were sat, it was across at the main door, which I thought felt a bit draughty with the weather that night which wasnt an issue, but they had us moved when a more comfortable bigger table came free without even having to ask. Just all those details that make it very rare that a restaurant hits all things like the decor, quality of food, quality of drinks, service, atmosphere, and concept, but Floritz did it perfectly. Now my favourite restaurant in the city. Hands down
