We sat at the bar and had a great experience. The server introduced himself and told us he was new to restaurant. He was attentive and personable. The food was served promptly and was delicious. Will highly suggest the Flour Shop.

What a fabulous place for dinner! The restaurant is smaller along with a smaller menu, but well worth the experience. The noise level was low which was very enjoyable. The food was so delicious. Try the sausage and potato croquettes appetizer…you will love it! The staff were courteous and fun. We will come back to dine again soon!

Very loud with a steady breeze flowing through the dining room / bar / open kitchen. We found it very difficult to talk over loud music which caused the tables on both sides of us to practically yell at each other. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu, but overwhelmed by having multiple tales Sat simultaneously. Makeup air to offset negative pressure in the restaurant created a breeze which made it cold and had menus flapping in the wind. Most of our food was good (duck breast, pasta entree & Caesar salad). However, the calamari was undercooked, very salty and prices seemed high for the value offered. There are more enjoyable options at this price point and the experience might be better at the bar instead of a table to reduce the "breeze" and not be subject to the sound system speakers being directly overhead. We experienced a fairly busy place where the staff seemed happier than the customers almost by design. Not bad, just not as good as it could be with more attention paid to some basic stuff.

Our waitress was not trained well regarding timing of a meal. She was slow to take our wine order. Food is mediocre at best. Our entrees came out 1 minute after we started eating our salads. We sent the entrees back requesting they bring us fresh entrees when we’ve finished our salads. They brought the first plates which had been held in the back. The food was not hot and congealed. Not sure who is in charge - seems like no one.

Absolute best food! The vodka sauce pasta is hands down the best pasta they’ve made yet and should be a regular on the menu. The appetizers aren’t what they used to be though. The croquettes aren’t worth $15. 4 pieces of bread isn’t worth $8. You used to get a great amount of bread and olive oil and as much as you like when it was free. Now you pay for it which I don’t mind but they should give you more.

Service and Food were top notch. Our server was quick, polite, and went the extra mile for us on a personal request. The dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives is our absolute favorite and the pasta is the best in the city. A perfect date

We love Flour Shop for dinner, but their brunch fell short in value and quality. $14 for a BLT with 2 slices each of bacon and tomato with iceberg lettuce is robbery. We will return for dinner, but steer clear of their brunch pop ups going forward.
