   This restaurant has numerous different staff to assist you. I think one is your main waiter and then there are gauchos that bring you the meat. Our main waiter was phenomenal! At this restaurant the food is brought to you on skewers. One thing I did not like is they often brought one of the meats to try to the table with enough for two people when we were a table of three and never came back with that sampling for the third person. Also, you’re supposed to get 16 different types of meat during your experience we were brought five. This is a very expensive place to eat well over $200 for three people, and it likely would have been worth it if we would’ve been brought a sampling of everything that you were supposed to get what we were brought was phenomenal. It was a little loud in there, so it was hard to hear what the meat sampling was, but what we were brought was excellent.

   Absolutely wonderful! So many meat varieties and the salad bar was fantastic! Great atmosphere! Attentive and fun staff. Will definitely be back!

   We will definitely be back. It isn't meant to be a regular hangout but one for a special occasion. Our initial server explained the experience and process well. I was only mildly critical of the ambience because we were positioned right next to the server station. It may be part of the operational standard, but I didn't need my water glass refilled with every sip. The meats toward the end of our stay were the best. Oh my the mignon, the ribeye and pork loin are worth holding out for. And that grilled pineapple is still on my mind. This is a wonderful addition to Bismarck and we are so grateful to have this caliber of establishment and service.

    Starve yourself all day before going here, the amount of food you’re about to consume is well worth it. Fresh salad bar! Everything served was incredible; beef, chicken, pork and lamb! Something for everyone. We love being served table side on the skewers! The staff throughout the night were update and very nice. Not cheap but worth every penny! We look forward to joining them for brunch in the future!
