                                                                                                Food was good. Gaucho servers were hit or miss. They would skip over our table a lot. Regular server was overwhelmed. I don’t know if she had to many tables or just couldn’t keep up. My wife had some menu and other questions during the meal that she couldn’t answer and just stuck with she doesn’t know or isn’t sure instead of getting the manager. At the beginning of our meal the manger was there due to her not and provided great service.

                                                                                                The food was GREAT And the service was fast. I would definitely go back! And we got a free dessert for our anniversary 😍😍 also, I would definitely recommend the full buffet experience.

We went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The food was hot and fresh, the salad bar was neat and clean, and finally the staff were amazing and friendly.

                                                                                                The wait on a Saturday night was not bad, the problem was that we never knew who our server was, we were only ever provided the end of the meat servings, nothing was fresh when they actually came to our table. We watched tables seated after us get offered fresh out of the kitchen proteins while we had to wait and ask for proteins.
