   Our experience this time around was very disappointing. We saw maybe 4 gauchos in the first hour and two of them had the same meat. Our drink order was incorrect and took way too long to fix. A second drink was ordered and never arrived to our table. The wait staff was inattentive at best. This was probably our last visit

   I have been to this particular location a few times on special occasions. Today we were there to celebrate our anniversary and my daughter’s B day. We had a Confirmation #: 1000129606 for a table of 6 and 5pm and they took over 20 mins to give us our table. The churrasco experience is $67 per person, on which I think is over price for the service they provide and food they offer went it comes to the meats. I almost walked out with my family, because for some unknown reason we were getting ignore. I ask the server for some particular cuts and kinds of meat and they kept saying, I will come back or I will go get it and they will never came back to the table again and you see the server serving the meat at another table. After waiting for over 20 mins or so, I got up and went to look for the manager to explain my self him. It’s too much to mention here which I think is not worth my time listing. Fogo de Chão is not what it used to be and I am very disappointed. My daughter end up her evening waiting for her Filet M. on her Birthday. The lack of detail and attention to the clients is unimaginable! It’s a shame, I hope and wish you all the best!

   We made reservations for Valentine’s Day around 8:30. We waited in a line for reservations for over an hour. When we got to our tables in the very back of the building by the time most of the food came around to us It was cold. The atmosphere was nice and the food was pretty decent but taking into account the wait time I don’t know if I’ll be back.

   I think making reservations for Valentine’s Day at Fogo de Chão was not a good idea. We made a reservation at 8:30 PM and there was a whole line outside for reservations. We started eating at 10.30 PM. We were almost done with the food when we got served water. A lot of people that went for a romantic dinner ended up arguing because how bad the serving was very disorganized. We went to the salad bar and when we got back, the hostage set someone down at our table Overall experience bad  we are not coming back for a holiday at Fogo de Chao

   If there was an option to give zero stars that would be a more accurate description of this restaurant. Reservations for Valentine's Day, they over booked and the line was out the door and down the street just to check in for the reservation and then it was another 40 minute wait. Don't waste your money on a place that can't honor a reservation on a holiday where it's reservation only.

   Place was overbook for Valentine’s Day. Wait time was a hour long with reservation. Understaffed. Other than that food was great.

   The Churrasco experience is awesome no matter how you slice it. Of course, all of the meat options are well-seasoned, juicy, and sliced just to the temp/doneness you prefer. But what really sets FdC apart is the variety apart from the table service. The drinks were tasty (not too “hard”), and the feijoada/salad bar has a variety of pretty much anything else you could want. NOTE: while the food and service were both excellent overall, getting to our reservation was a challenge. Having to wait 25 minutes past our reservation time just to get seated is pretty absurd, and don’t get me started on the ridiculous valet system in place. Since it was Valentine’s Day I don’t hold it against any of the fine staff who helped us, but it was frustrating.

   I was very disappointed in terms of a Valentines Day dinners. The restaurant gave me more like an amusement park experience with a line outside the door & loud atmosphere. It could be quite hard to hear me partner over the music / proximity to other tables.

    We went on Valentine’s Day knowing it was going to be busy, and we were prepared for that. We got sat 45 minutes after our reservation time. Most of that time we were waiting on the valet and in line. Once we got sat our server came over and immediately apologized for being busy and how things are moving slow tonight. We first said absolutely no problem! We understood, we ordered our food and were told someone else would be getting our drinks. We sat there and waited for drinks, we got food started eating still no water. I saw a manger and asked for water. We got it, then we drank the water and it was another 20 minutes and had to flag someone else down to ask for more and to order another drink. We gave our drink order to three different waiters… my drink came eventually but my husbands didn’t we had to ask again 2 times for that. We kept getting told well we are super busy. Yes we know, we saw that but to keep having to ask for water and drinks, especially when they kept walking by or we would ask the server he would apologize but never come back. Everyone else we asked came back
