   Took 15 mins to get seated even after reservation and it was extremely loud inside and no one could understand the staff or even each other. Foods was great, service not so much. Everything took a very long time.

   Hostess was rude when I mentioned my reservation, our reservation was at 10:30pm we didn’t get seated until 11:20ish. Server didn’t give us water until 25 minutes into dinner, the people who bring the meat barely showed up. My first and last time going

   I made a reservation for Valentine's Day for 9:30pm. We checked in with the hostess at 9:00pm. There must have been at least one hundred people crowded into the hostess/bar area. The hostess was incredibly rude. We asked how far behind they were running on reservations and she refused to answer. She told us to wait for a text. What she didn't tell us was that when you get that text, your table isn't really ready. You would then need to get into a second line to actually be seated. Our text for our table finally came at 10:20pm, nearly 90 minutes after we checked in. We had already left so we could actually enjoy Valentine's Day instead of standing in a cold parking lot waiting for a table unlikely to come. At no time did a manager come out and speak to anybody or let anyone know what was happening. It was just complete chaos. What was the point of even making a reservation?

   We went for valentine day had a reservation for 930 didn’t get seated till almost 11pm they shouldn’t over book like that when it’s a special day or holiday

   Even with a reservation, we waited outside in the cold for AN HOUR. Afterwards the place was so crammed. It literally felt like home town buffet. They only brought us 5 different meats over and over again and after about 20 minutes of eating they stopped coming to our table. This was our first time here and will definitely be our last.

   Had a reservation at 8:45 checked in and didn’t get the text to be seated until 9:45 absolutely ridiculous we ended up going somewhere else after not being called in 20 minutes after our reservation time

   This was my girlfriend and I 1st time here and we will not be coming back. Once we were seated for our reservation (after waiting 1 hour 30 minutes in line which is weird) , we waited at our table for 45 minutes until someone came and spoke with us. After speaking with this person, we waited for another 30 minutes for food. Once food came, we didn’t have any utensils so we still had to wait to eat. Lastly, we had 1 glass of water each and was not given a refill, and in the end the server said sorry and gave us free cake which was nice, thats it. I would give the review 1 star but they saved it with the free cake, so we will give them 2 stars. We do not recommend coming here.

   A mi me encanta este lugar para ser sincera el único detalle en san Valentín que teníamos ya reservado y nos hicieron formar a mi y a todos en la fila con o sin reserva y esperamos como una hora de pie y en el frío

    I had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chão on Valentine’s Day, and despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, Moises and Gary delivered outstanding service once again! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor truly made our experience special. Even with the high demand, they ensured everything was seamless, checking in on us regularly, and keeping the experience enjoyable. Thank you, Moises and Gary, for making our Valentine’s Day dinner even more memorable.
